Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping to all cities in Egypt. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, with a maximum delivery time of 7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
